The company “Samsung” Korean launched a new service for its customers and smart phone holders in 19 countries around the world, and the service that the company called “Galaxy Sanitizing” provides free sterilization of smart phones in the official service centers of the company around the world.

The company relies on sterilizing phones on UV rays, and according to the company, the sterilization process does not depend on any chemicals, and it is applicable to the company’s products from smart phones and headphones in addition to smart watches crowned by the company.

According to “Sky News”, the devices sterilize by 99.9% of the germs on the device, and the sterilization process lasts only about 30 seconds, and the company noted that the tests that it previously applied to the sterilization devices confirm that they do not affect the performance of the devices and work systems in phones.

The company will expand the service to provide it with countries other than the ones it currently has: Argentina, Chile, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, America, Ukraine, and Vietnam.

On March 11, the World Health Organization classified the emerging coronavirus, which causes Covid 19, as a global epidemic, confirming that the numbers of infections are rising very quickly, as the infections in their latest update reached more than 140,000 in about 130 countries and regions around the world, More than five thousand deaths, while 69,645 people recovered.
