Facebook is testing a new Messenger application that only allows messages to be sent to a maximum of five people, to make it difficult to spread misleading information or rumors, especially related to outbreaks of Corona virus.

And Facebook will prevent people from sending messages to a large number of users, in an attempt to stop the spread of misleading information about the Corona virus, which is likely to help spread terror and terror, which will eventually lead to great chaos.

According to the British newspaper The Independent, the feature that will prevent messages from being widely shared is not available at this time, but Facebook has confirmed that it is conducting several tests to activate it at the earliest time.

The decision comes after the company’s WhatsApp application, a similar feature, works to prevent rumors from being sent on a large scale in WhatsApp groups.

In conjunction with the outbreak of the Corona virus, the company has made several decisions, including the announcement of a program to support government health organizations in all countries of the world to combat the Corona epidemic, by using the Messenger application application to more than 1.3 billion users to expand their response to the crisis.

The company has also donated more than 720,000 medical masks from the emergency reserve, to help American health workers with more protective tools, due to the outbreak of the Corona virus.
