Atlanta, United States of America (CNN) – Brazil announced a decree, Friday evening (local time), that prevents all non-resident foreigners from entering the country through airports for 30 days, due to the Corona virus epidemic.
The decree, signed by Brazilian Minister of Justice Sergio Moro, states that the decision will be applied as of March 30.
Brazil has already closed all its land borders and imposed restrictions on the entry of foreigners from countries and regions with high levels of coronavirus infection.
And Brazil said on Friday that the number of confirmed cases of corona rose to 3417, while 92 people.
Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro faces criticism for his handling of the epidemic crisis. The Corona virus was previously described as a “fantasy.”
